Even before she’s taken over the airwaves in June, Amber Lawrence will be hosting ABC’s “Saturday Night Country” for the month of August, again another testament to Amber’s growing appeal across the country with country music lovers and per personal touch with listeners.
Meanwhile Amber’s forthcoming 2nd album will be ready for release in August 2009, its outstanding and the hardest task is choosing the singles because there’s so many amazing tracks. Nice problem to have.
Hot off the back of finishing the music video for “Kill That Bitch” which features ground breaking animation not scene before, Soulja Boy joins @m&ber on her next video “10 Date Commandment”. Yes you’re thinking, all these videos and I haven’t even heard song yet – you’re correct. So is the buzz for @m&ber not just in Australia about around the world, we’re making our first two single video clips back to back and ready to unleash on the world music stage. Not only hold your ears for what you’re about to hear lyrically, but also get ready to pick your jaw up from the ground.
Taking a wee hiatus for a few months after releasing 2 new albums in 3 years “Water For Chocolate”, “The Other Woman” (with James Morrison) and a duet single with Christine Anu “Takin It To the Streets”, Deni has been on the road relentlessly notching up over 60 shows across the country. Later in the year, Deni will be going back to her roots as the Ambassador for Oasis Africa Australia, a charity in Kenya that builds schools, healthcare for the underprivileged. Whilst on ground Deni will be recording an authentic African roots album with local musicians and featuring some of the children from Oasis Africa. There are going to be a few surprise special guests on the album, so stay tuned, this is one exciting realistic project with a % of proceeds going directly back into to the Foundation to build further much needed infrastructure.

Entertainment Consulting are proud to announce the signing of Australia artist Amber. Recently signed to Universal Australia, there’s buzz building internationally for Amber who will release her debut single “Kill That Bitch” in Australia, September 2009. Think Katy Perry, Eminem, Pink and you’re getting the picture. BUT beware Amber speaks her mind and says all the things we think but dare not say. Definitely watch this space.
After a fill-in stint over Christmas for John Nutting, Amber has been called back to the ABC Studios to HOST 2 Saturday Night Country’s whilst John is away (13th & 20th June)
When Virgin Atlantic asked Deni to be a part of their media launch of their Brisbane to LA leg, Deni jumped at the chance. Along with Bianca Dye, Michael Caton, Lisa Curry Kenny, Mike Goldman and a host of other Aussie celebs, they took to the big sky and were treated with the exceptional service of the Virgin staff. Whilst in L.A Deni hooked up with Munyungo, a member of Stevie Wonder’s band to do some writing and has been invited back to LA to do some vocals with Steve Pocaro of TOTO.
